Peter Wilkinson
General Manager
Peter has worked for Dairy Beef Alliance since inception of the business in 2001. He has worked in many different parts and roles of the business to develop and implement new and innovative characteristics of the business that we see today.
Working as the General Manager, Peter is responsible for all facets of the production system, which are in place to produce some of the finest quality beef in the world.

Emma Peters
2IC
Emma joined Dairy Beef Alliance in May 2024. With a Bachelor of Animal Science from UofA (2019), she has background knowledge in all areas of livestock production. Emma’s been in the agricultural and livestock industries for the past 5 years and her previous roles have allowed her to gain experience in livestock consulting, producer group facilitation, project management, research and data entry/management, livestock feed sales and more.
She joins the DBA team as the 2IC, working alongside Peter, she is responsible for all facets of the production system, which are in place to produce some of the finest quality beef in the world.

Helen McLean
Office Manager
Helen joined DBA in 2020, she manages the office and is responsible for record keeping and database management. Helen has a Chemistry background and a keen interest in Genetics.

Anne Dwyer
Accounts Manager
Anne Dwyer is our Accounts Manager since 2018, she has had extensive experience from a range of industries including banking, media, electrical contracting and aged care. Anne also runs her own cattle farm with her family at Winton North.

Helen Bromley
Office Administrator
Helen is our Office Administrator, responsible for data administrator and office duties. Helen runs her family beef farm in Warrenbayne and her family can be traced back to the first settlers in the district. Helen has experience in Dairying and calf rearing.
